Terms & Conditions

 

We ask that our courses are paid for in full at the time of booking a place (with the exception of Design your own Garden). However, if you are unable to attend having booked your place, we have a refund policy in place as follows:

If you are unable to attend a course and notify us more than one month prior to the course starting, we will issue a full refund less a £25 admin fee.

If you are unable to attend a course and notify us one month or less before the course starting, we will issue a refund less a £50 admin fee.

If you are unable to attend a course and notify us one week or less before the course starting we will issue a refund less a £100 admin fee.

 

In the event that you are unable to attend a course you have booked on, we will offer you the option to transfer to another course of equivalent cost, as an alternative to a refund.

 

If you are not able to attend all of the days on a particular course, YSGD are not obliged to offer a refund for those days not attended.

 

Places on our courses are based on a first come first served basis and we will announce on our website and social media channels when a course is full.

 

All charges in relation to payments made by bank transfer must be covered by you.

 

Gift vouchers are available for our courses, for the full value of the course you would like to gift.  The same terms and conditions as set out above apply to bookings that are gifted.  When purchasing a gift voucher for £535 + VAT with a view to letting the recipient choose which course they go on, please advise us of their choice no later than one month before the start of the chosen course.
